Minimum Qualifications required :-

Job Title: – Recruitment Specialist/Recruiter/Talent Acquisition/Staffing Specialist

Experience: – 2 to 6 Years [Should have experience of Staffing Industry & contract hiring]

Notice Period: – Immediate or Max 15 Days

Education: – Any Graduation or Any Diploma or Any Post Graduation

Work Location: – Unit No:302, PS Residency, Plot No 14/D, Jaihind Gandhi Road,

VIP Hills, Madhapur, Hyderabad – Telangana, India -500081.

Work Days: Monday to Friday & Every alternate Saturday is full working day.


This role seeks a strong Recruitment professional with strong client relationship skills able to build recruitment process delivery through sourcing, screening, assessing and positioning candidates to the client. We see the Recruiter as subject matter expert able to understand and effectively use applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.


• Extensive experience in end to end recruitment cycle like Source, evaluate, qualify, submit and follow up to candidate deployment.

• Identify and submit qualified candidates based on the provided job description.

• Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition / description for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants from the delivery consultant.

• Should have experience of consultancy hiring.

• Maintain knowledge of how many resumes need to be generated for open positions.

• Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources

• Document research methods so they may be shared with other recruiting team members.

• Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline using research, networking, database mining, etc. for prospective applicants

• Having used social media and recruiting tools to source technology resources.

• Technically screening profiles according to the job specifications, Interview Scheduling and follow – ups.

• Track record of success locating, identifying and closing top candidate talent.
